Statement against Rahul Gandhi: A team of three policemen went from Bangalore to Noida to summon journalist Bharti
A team of Karnataka Police, was said to be have went to Journalist Ajeet Bharti house in Uttar Pradesh(UP) today, for his recent remarks on Rahul Gandhi, the former president of the Congress party.
It's said that, in connection with the case lodged against Journalist Ajeet Bharti in Bengaluru, Karnataka a Congress-ruled state, three Karnataka cops have landed up at the journalist's home without intimating the UP Police.
After registering a case against Journalist Ajeet Bharti a team of Karnataka Police in civil dress arrived at his house in Uttar Pradesh today. While it was being speculated that police arrived in Noida to arrest him, later it was revealed that police team of 3 from Bengaluru arrived in Noida just to summon him for questioning in the case.
“At around 2 pm, three people who told me they were with Karnataka Police, arrived at my house to give me notice. I asked them if they informed Noida Police. In turn, they enquired about the local police station. I immediately informed a local police official. Soon, two Uttar Pradesh Police cars arrived, and took the three men from Bengaluru with them. I thank Noida Police for their prompt action,” the Noida-based YouTuber added.
