JDS candidate house raided, JDS candidate wife, daughter-in-law arrested by IT

IT has given a shock by attacking the JDS candidate of Hiriyur Constituency Ravindrappa.

A team of 6 IT officers raided the house of JDS candidate M. Ravindrappa of Hiriyur Assembly Constituency, his wife G. P. Lata and his daughter-in-law Shweta were taken into custody by the Income Tax Department officials today and taken for questioning.

On April 28, the IT officials raided. A lot of documents were available and the authorities had seized them. The authorities had given a notice to Ravindrappa to appear for questioning.

But in the background of not attending the hearing, a team of 6 IT officials checked again today at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and it is said that they have been taken into custody.

At this time, the Income Tax Department had issued a notice to Lata to attend the hearing. It is said that since he did not attend the hearing, he was taken to Bangalore for questioning.
