Barbaric murder of government transport bus driver in broad daylight

A horrific incident in which a government transport bus driver was brutally murdered in broad daylight took place at the Nagar bus stand in Kalaburagi city.

Nagayaswamy (45) murdered KKRTC bus driver. Nagaiah Swamy was a resident of Madari village in Afazalpur taluk and was working as a transport bus driver.

As the bus stopped at the city bus stand and got down, the assailants attacked with weapons. Nagaiah Swamy's thumb was first cut off when he was attacked.

As soon as Nagayya was running away from there, he was chased and brutally murdered. It is suspected that the murder was due to an old feud.

Brahmapur police station is visiting the place and investigating and a case has been registered in Brahmapur police station.
